Sketches can be inserted from the Blocks paletteto create 3D objects.

3D Objects such as Cylinders require a diameter and a height. A negative or positive height is given by observing the position of the Workplane and the User CS.

A two-sided extrusion creates an extrusion which is divided by 2, creating an equidistant above and below Workplane extrusion.

The Relative Coordinate system of coordinates always moves the origin of 0,0 to the current indicated position in the graphics editor. This means the calculation of the next point always assumes the last position was 0,0.

The Assemble by 3 Points tool is used to both relocate objects within 3-dimensional space and to assemble 3D objects.

3D Boolean functionsare used to add or remove volume from parts.
