Printing the Drawing

  • The sketch will be printed directly from the editor.

 Take Note

  • Drawings are normally required to be set out in the Paper layout using viewports. Printing directly from the graphics editor is done for print-preview purposes only.
  • The scale of a drawing printed from the editor will not be accurate.

Printing the Drawing

Ribbon : File | Page Options | Print
Default Menu : File | Print

A quick print of the sketch can be produced directly from the graphics editor by selecting File > Print Preview. Select Page Setup and make sure the Keep Centered option is checked. Click OK.

Providing the drawing is centered in the sheet, the Print option can be selected, shown below. If the drawing is incorrectly seated, the Print Setup option can be selected.
