The Single Line tool draws a single line with a start, middle and end point. The start and end points of the line are referred to a vertices. A single point is referred to as a vertex.

The Concentric Circle tool draws a series of circles at different radii from the same center point. The radii or diameters are input into the data fields of the Inspector Bar.

Polygon of any number of sides can be drawn about a center point. A Polygon or Irregular Polygon can be drawn with the vertices blended to a specified radius.

The Line Length modification tool shortens or lengthens a line to a position specified by the pointing device. A boundary edge is not required and the angle of the line will remain the same when the line length is changed.

An arc or a line can be segmented at a specified break position using the Split Entitytool.

Layer properties such as name, color and line style are created using the Design Director.

Properties of drawn objects can be modified using the Selection Info palette.

Objects can be selected the moved to another layer using the layer drop-down menu to the top left of the workspace.

ADrawing Layout is created of the sketch in the model space area by creating a view in model space and inserting the view into the paper layout.
