During this session you will learn how to :

Draw a simple cover plate shown in the illustration above using various Draw, Modify and Zoom tools.
Dimensions will also be inserted onto the drawing.

This Session contains all the instructions on each page to complete the drawing. Each Task of this Session contains a Movie.

The instructions flow from one task to the next and the illustrations are contained in a storyboard manner
It is recommended that you save your finished drawing to a secure location as it may be used again at a later stage in this Module.
Menu options for the Default menu and workspace, the Ribbon and Palettes are provided directly under the Command Name heading.
Instructions for all tasks are supplied using the Ribbon menu.

A sample drawing for this task can be downloaded from the box above and saved to your hard drive. A copy of the finished drawing is found in the Blocks palette.
The Blocks palette is displayed in the editor using Tools | Palettes | Blocks.
The finished drawing can be dragged into the editor from the Blocks palette.
All Blocks which are inserted from the Blocks palette into the editor must be Exploded. Make sure the inserted block is selected in the editor, then go to Format | Explode.
To print the drawing, click onto A3 Landscape at the bottom left of the editor then go to File | Print.| To print the drawing, click onto A3 Landscape at the bottom left of the editor then go to File | Print.
