Material Properties

By selecting the chair structure, a material category and property can be applied to the 3 separate components of the chair. The chair structure, cushion and piping are all separate ‘components’

Select the object, then double-click the material category and pattern in the Materials palette.

In the examples below, various materials were selected from the Textile category. Experiment with the various pattern scales and tones to achieve the desire result.
